ELIZABETH REASER è apparsa nei film della saga di Twilight, oltre che in Hello, My Name Is Doris, One and Two, Sweet Land (vincitore del Newport Beach Film Festival e candidato agli Independent Spirit Awards), Stay-Nel Labirinto della Mente, Liberal Arts, Young Adult, L'Arte di Cavarsela, Puccini for Beginners e La Neve nel Cuore. In ambito televisivo l'abbiamo vista in Easy, Mad Men, True Detective, The Good Wife, The Ex List, Grey's Anatomy (serie vincitrice del Primetime Emmy Award, dello Screen Actors Guild Award e candidata ai Prism Awards), Saved, Law & Order: Criminal Intent e I Sopranos. Off-Broadway ha recitato in The Babylon Line (Lincoln Center Theater), Permission e The Money Shot (MCC Theater), How I Learned to Drive (Second Stage Theatre), Il Racconto D'Inverno (Classic Stage Company) e in The Hologram Theory (Blue Light Theater Company).
