MTV EMA 2017: i Vincitori

Domenica 12 novembre si sono svolti gli 2017 MTV EMAs alla Wembley Arena, la sesta volta che la premiazione viene ospitata nel Regno Unito. Il piu' premiato è stato Shawn Mendes, che si è aggiudicato ben tre premi: #BestArtist, #BiggestFan e #BestSong per "There's Nothing Holdin' Me Back".

Rita Ora – A presentare l'evento Rita Ora, che ricordiamo essere stata una degli ospiti di apertura degli EMAs 2012 mentre ha presentato il premio per Best Hip Hop nel 2013 e ha ricevuto otto nomination. Rita Ora nel 2017 ha lanciato la sua ultima hit 'Your Song', ha collaborato con Avicii per il brano 'Lonely Together" e ha lanciato 'Girls' con il featuring di Charli XCX e RAYE. "Sono emozionata perché presenterò gli EMAs nella mia città!" aveva dichiarato Rita Ora "Mi ricordo quanto furono divertenti i miei primi EMAs a Francoforte nel 2012, quando cantai 'RIP'. Non vedo l'ora di tornare sul palco per presentare e per esibirmi."

I Vincitori– Shawn Mendes si è aggiudicato ben tre premi: #BestArtist, #BiggestFan e #BestSong per "There's Nothing Holdin' Me Back". Il #BestLook lo vince Zayn Malik. Ad Eminem va il #BestHipHop mentre il #BestVideo va a Kendrick Lamar con "Humble". Il #BestAlternative va ai Thirty Seconds to Mars mentre il #BestPop va a Camila Cabello (il suo primo premio #MTVEMA come solista). Dua Lipa si aggiudica il #BestNew mentre anche quest'anno i Coldplay si confermano come #BestRock. Ed Sheeran tra i premiati con il #BestLive mentre ai The Chainsmokers il #BestWorldOnStage. Infine, il #GlobalIcon agli U2.
