Hates - House at the End of the Street (2012)

Il film racconta la storia di Elissa, una ragazza che decide di trasferirsi assieme alla madre Sarah in una nuova casa. Presto la giovane fa amicizia con Ryan, unico ragazzo sopravvissuto al massacro della sua famiglia compiuto dalla sorella anni prima proprio nella casa vicina a quella dove Elissa è andata a vivere. La loro amicizia si trasforma presto in qualcos'altro, ma attorno ad essi fatti inspiegabili quanto inquietanti iniziano ad accadere, senza tenere conto che la ragazza scopre che la sorella non è morta, ma vive nei boschi e non vede di buon occhio la sua relazione con il fratello.
