TRAMA

Benson e Stabler indagano sul caso di due militari che hanno aggredito le loro mogli. Scoprono che gli uomini prestavano servizio nella stessa unità in Afghanistan. 

Two cops from different precincts attack their wives and attempt to take their own lives; one successfully. Stabler and Benson realize that, although at different times, both men served in the same Reserve unit in Afghanistan. Linking this behavior to a similar trail of attacks in 2002 by officers, they connect this to a drug called Quinium, which the Army prescribes to fight malaria. Novak goes after the Pentagon for administering this drug when she learns they did it even though they were aware of its connection to violent, psychotic behavior. When Novak gets her shot in court, the doctor she was counting on to testify has a change of heart and blows her case. The episode ends on a personal note with Stabler being served divorce papers.
