TRAMA
Una donna accusa il suo insegnante di molestie. Benson e Stabler pensano che il test del DNA sarà risolutivo, ma dopo una dichiarazione dell'uomo non ne sono più sicuri.
A complaint is called into the cops about a woman, who while trying to hail a cab, throws a bottle at the car to stop it. The cops arrive to investigate and instead, the woman confesses that she was just raped. Soon after, a man comes down from his apartment and admits that he is the man she will accuse of raping her. Act One opens with Olivia in one exam room with the girl, and Stabler in another exam room with the man, who turns out to be the girl's college professor and has agreed to give a sample for testing. The case turns into a "he said, she said" when he claims she showed up at his apartment in a teddy and begged for rough sex, while she claims she went over for professional advice and although she started to kiss him, he forced her to have sex. Benson and Stabler don't know who to believe. They question her honesty when she falsely accuses Stabler of making advances towards her, yet they are also very suspect of the accused. The episode ends after the trial, but prior to the verdict being read -- leaving Benson and Stabler and the audience unknowing. (Side Note: We find out in this episode that Stabler's wife has left him.)
