TRAMA

Due studenti vengono uccisi nella palestra della scuola. Benson e Stabler trovano un testimone. Ma il testimone diventa poi il principale indiziato.

Two boys are found disrobed with fatal gunshots in their school on a Saturday. Benson and Stabler believe a third boy was held hostage, but further investigation shows he was the killer pretending to be a victim. The boy's mother claims the drugs he was taking for his depression were the cause of his manic behavior. Cabot goes ahead with the prosecution, but soon learns the drugs were never prescribed. Instead, they were mailed from a pharmaceutical company as a sample. Unable to afford therapy for her son and fearing the prescription drug will stay in his file for life, he takes the pills, not knowing the side-effects. Cabot pleas-out with the boy's lawyer, knowing he needs psychological help, not jail time. Cabot does, however, go after the pharmaceutical company for reckless endangerment and criminal diversion of prescription medication.
