TRAMA
Mooney mette in atto un piano di fuga dall'isola con un pugno di sopravissuti, ma mentre si allontana con l'elicottero, viene ferita. Bruce, con l'aiuto di Selina, si mette alla ricerca di Reggie, l'ex compagno d'armi di Alfred; lo trova e lo costringe a dirgli i nomi dei mandanti della Wayne Enterprises. Alla fine Selina impedira' a Bruce di macchiarsi di un delitto per vendicare Alfred uccidendo lei stessa Reggie. Quanto a Gordon, si lascia convincere da un giovane agente ad indagare su un caso irrisolto: si tratta di un omicidio commesso da un serial killer. Gordon scopre di essere stato incastrato e teme per la vita della sua fidanzata Lee.
Despite Gordon's warning Bruce still goes after Payne with Selina's help. Reginald confesses that he was hired by Wayne Enterprises Board of Directors. When he threatens to tell them that Bruce is coming after them, Selina pushes him out the window after Bruce initially moves to then hesitates, presumably killing him. Gordon and Bullock investigate a cold case murder. Upon Nygma discovering a painting of a broken heart as the key evidence Bullock realizes that the serial killer called "the Ogre" (Milo Ventimiglia) is behind the murder. Harvey then states that everyone who tried to investigate Ogre lost their loved ones. A flashback of a victimized girl reveals killer's motives and him keeping her prisoner for some time to realize she isn't fit with his desire, so he kills her. Meanwhile, Oswald negotiates with the bar's owner (Alaska McFadden) to do business, but his real intention is to kill Maroni in this bar. Mooney succeeds to escape with the rest of the crew from Dollmaker's island, but was shot during the takeoff by the Catcher. It is revealed that Gordon was set up by Commissioner Loeb, but Gordon still goes after the killer and threatens Loeb that he will be next.
