TRAMA

Per vendicare il terzo fratello, picchiato selvaggiamente perché obeso, un fratello e una sorella molestano sessualmente la ragazza colpevole dell'aggressione.

Stabler and new partner Lucius Blaine investigate a beating and sexual assault of wealthy 16-year-old Jessica Delay, beautiful. Footprints and cell phone calls lead SVU to obese teenage siblings Mia and Kenny Bixton who, after intense questioning from Blaine and Stabler, confess to the crime as revenge for Jessica's abuse of their older brother Rudi. Stabler visits Rudi, also obese and suffering from diabetes, who embarrassingly admits to being severely beaten weeks back for being a fat disgusting slob. When SVU finds photos of the beating taken from Jessica's cell phone and Rudi positively ID's Jess's friend Tommy Strahan as the accomplice, it becomes clear that Mia and Kenny had acted out on their brother's behalf. It becomes clear, in Rudi's eyes, that his siblings will get booked while wealthy Jessica and Tommy get away with their crime. So, as Tommy is questioned at the station, Rudi goes home and returns with a gun that he uses to shoot and kill Tommy Strahan. In Rudi's trial, the defense resorts to a demographic ploy whereby Rudi and his siblings were subjected to obesity and therefore hate crimes as a result of their poverty and lack of supervision. Novak counters by proving Rudi killed with malicious intent and earns a guilty verdict. Sentencing becomes irrelevant as complications from diabetes causes Rudi's kidney to fail and a leg to be amputated. We see the psychological effects of obesity go full circle when SVU discovers old photos of Jessica as an fat girl herself, showing the genesis of her hate toward all those with weight problems. Blaine and Stabler have their fair share of problems as partners, mostly likely the result of their striking similarities as detectives, but their partnership is short lived as Blaine returns to his precinct after the trial
